Anime Notes[]
- There are some differences between the events of the manga and the anime:
- In the original manga (and the 1996 anime adaptation) the scene where Hiko and Kenshin are training takes place at night. This is in contrast with this anime episode where this scene takes place during the day.
- In this anime episode during the fight between Okina and Aoshi, Okina crashes a barrel to uncover some more weapons, takes a shuriken and throws it to Aoshi. This is not present in the original manga (or the 1996 anime adaptation).
Trivia[]
- This episode was titled after the original of Act 89.
- This episode uses a scene with black a and white picture in panning effect (showing Shishio’s face) for dramatic purposes.
