Byakko (
Appearance[]
Byakko is a large man, with a bold head and sharp teeth. On Byakko's forehead is the kanji for Byakko and three tiger stripes on each side of his head.
Personality[]
Byakko prides himself on having the fiercest attacks of the Su Shen, and doesn't like the idea of analyzing or mimicking his opponent's move.
Relationships[]
- Woo Heishin - Byakko is one of Woo Heishin's bodyguards and protects him from all threats.
- Su Shen - Byakko is a member of the Su Shen, a group of four that act as Woo Heishin's bodyguards.
Abilities[]
Byakko specializes in viciously attacking his opponents, and uses a martial artist style of well co-ordinated handstrikes. Byakko uses a style called Pai Hu Chan Kung, which is a martial artist style that focus on a series of well co-ordinated handstrikes aiming at his opponent's vital points.
Byakko is a capable, as he was able to jump high in the air with his large body. When backed into a corner, Byakko will resort to using dirty tricks like throwing sand into his opponent's eyes.
Byakko is equipped with the White Tiger Iron Fists, a pair of spiked bracelets that can fold to act like brass knuckles.
History[]
Jinchu Arc[]
Byakko arrives at the island that Enishi and Kaoru are at, with his boss (Woo Heishin) and the rest of the Su Shen. Byakko spends most of his time on the island guarding his boss with the rest of the Su Shen.
Days later when Kenshin and the rest arrive on the island, Heishin and the Su shen are force to leave by the Enishi instead of saying to fight. As they are leaving, the Su shen wonder why they are leave which Heishin says that the Su shen won't be able to defeat the current Enishi. Heishin also says that the only way off the island is through the cove that Kenshin's group is at, and that they will show Enishi their gratitude for give him the organization by defeating his enemy which the Su Shen are glad to hear.
Once they arrive at the cove, the Su Shen smile when Heishin comments about how they will be fight them. When Heishin feels that he has been insulted by Kenshin's friends, Heishin orders the Su Shen to attack. The Su Shen jump high in the air and land to face their respected targets. Byakko pulls out his White Tiger Iron Fists, and commits to viciously attack Sano. As Byakko is attacking Sano, he comments about how Sano can't move and what his Martial Arts is capable of. Byakko then introduces himself, and how he specializes on just attacking his opponent. Suddenly Sano lands a blow on Sano, and tells him to stop using weak blow and start using knock out blows.
Sano pummels Byakko.
Megumi berates Sano for using his wounded right hand again, but Sano counters by saying that he will just use it one last time since Byakko won't be happy losing to a guy with only one hand. Byakko tells Sano to not overestimate himself, which Sano replies that he hears that a lot and that he feels disgusting hearing it from Byakko. Byakko gets angry hearing this, and starts to attack Sano again. As Byakko comments about how Sano can't make a move, Sano easily lands another blow. Sano tells Byakko that small moves won't work and will have to use a big move on him. Byakko agrees with Sano and blinds Sano by throwing sand into his eyes. Byakko takes the chance to transforms his bracelets into brass knuckle and stabs Sano in the stomach. Byakko gloats over Sano, Sano uses the Futae no Kiwami on the sand to knock Byakko on the ground. Sano then proceeds to finish him, thus sealing the battle. After all the fighting is over, Byakko along with the rest are arrested by the police.

- Byakko means "white tiger" (白虎).
