Tactics is the first ending theme of the Rurouni Kenshin 1996 anime, performed by the J-Rock band The Yellow Monkey.
It was used from Episode 1 until Episode 12.

- Throughout this ending sequence, all the characters are only represented with still frames (that do not move and only slide). Some of the backgrounds and effects (like the water) kinda move (sliding one opposing to one another), but there is no continous animation on it.
